Terms of Enrollment

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All course fees are strictly non-refundable. This applies to cancellations by the student or withdrawal for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, work commitments, or failure to attend classes.
2. Instructor assignments are determined solely by the training provider. While we make every effort to maintain consistency, instructor rosters are not guaranteed. Students are not entitled to select or request a specific instructor.
3. In the event an assigned instructor becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the training provider reserves the right to make necessary adjustments, including changes to class schedules, instructors, or delivery format, without prior notice.Such changes will not entitle the student to a refund or credit.
4. By proceeding with enrollment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
